Chunko-Pop was created by collectors for collectors.
As collectors ourselves, our mission is to provide the best experience for our fellow collectors by handling all items with care at all stages of the process until it arrives in your hands. Ultimately, we strive to offer service and products the big guys won't.
Standard shipping with the big guys means (SMART-POST). We will never use this service. Smart-Post usually starts off with UPS and ends with your local Postal Service. This causes huge delays and more often than not your item will be lost or damaged. As collectors, we know how important it is to receive your item safe and sound. We offer a shipping guarantee on all of our items.
Shipping quality is something the big guys can’t match and won’t match.
Returns will be accepted only when the items are damaged. Here at ChunkoPop we define damage as referring to the item itself or the box. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items with "paint flaws or flaws on the box" as these are often errors made by Funko themselves and out of our immediate control.
If the box is crushed, suffered water damage, or the item is damaged due to shipping, we will gladly assist with this.
If you need a replacement and the item is no longer in stock, we will only be able to offer store credit.
In stock sales/clearance orders are final and non-refundable.
Undeliverable address returns will result in a penalty of the full shipping cost Chunko-Pop will charge a 20% restock fee on all items.
Pre-orders requires us to keep a close count on inventory needed to fulfill future orders. All Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Fulfillment is done when all items are in stock.
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of the initial pre-order but will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Following the 48 hours grace period, pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason.
Expected Ship Dates
Pre-orders dates are subject to date change without notice. Many manufactures release dates are estimates and can change for a number of reasons. Changes in shipment dates from the manufacture do not warrant a refund or compensation of any type. If there is a change in dates, we will do our best to provide the most accurate date possible.
